Open Side Channel Training: Day 1

One of the benefits of the Channel is that you can leave the back side of a curve completely open, allowing the dog freedom to drift without risk of coming into contact with a wall. To accomplish this, we use Top stabilizers with legs to secure the Channel.

In this series of videos, I work through the training with my dogs on teaching them to enter and exit through the stabilizers, a key requirement for proper execution.
