Stabilize the Channel when outside or on uneven surfaces.
One Base Stabilized is attached to the channel by using the connector that is provided.
Note, the Channel functions well without the need of the Base Stabilizer, but if outside elements are an issue, the Base Stabilizer can help stabilize the Channel.
