The Top Stabilizer is used to combine two channel sections together to create the channel.
Use the Top Stabilizer to attach the Top Cover (sold separately) for underneath the dogwalk. (two Top Stabilizers are needed for one Top Cover).
When creating an inside curve,  use the legs on the Top Stabilizers to create an entry and exit.
